20 Feb Check Out Zoe’s First Story
We’re excited to debut Zoe’s first story titled “The Wore Glasses”. In this story, Zoe returns home from school after being teased about her glasses by her schoolmates. The kids at school called her mean names and said the she wasn’t cool because of her glasses. In order to cheer her up and brighten the day, her mother teaches her that people with glasses are just as cool as anyone and teaches her about some cool people who did cool things all with a pair of glasses on their face.
Written and Illustrated by Nabeeh Bilal and featuring narration by Marjuan Canady, “They Wore Glasses” is a nod to some great women who have paved a way for progress and helped make the world a better place. Enjoy!
